We are looking for .NET C# Software Developers to join the team responsible for the development of software supporting diagnostics in the energy industry products. Candidates should have a solid technical foundation and experience, allowing them to predict the long-term effects of their decisions regarding the project.

Your Responsibilities:

Software Development:

1. Support project backlog management
2. Delivery according to sprint planning and master plan
3. Requirements gathering and analysis
4. Definition of acceptance criteria and test cases
5. Software architecture compliance
6. Code quality and security assurance
7. Technical debt management
8. Solution testing and bug fixing
9. Effective communication with team members and project stakeholders
10. Handling related documentation
11. Introducing improvements

Team Leader:

1. Tasks definition, allocation, monitoring, and evaluation
2. Approvals according to workflows
3. Project costs reporting
4. Participate in candidates review and selection
5. New team members onboarding
6. Performance evaluation process
7. Discover and register demands from key stakeholders
8. Collect feedback about team performance and drive improvement actions
9. Develop master plan for the team
10. Report team deliverables upon agreed KPIs
11. Detect, register, and respond to threats and opportunities
12. Apply methods and practices best for the team performance
13. Guide team members through difficult tasks
14. Local processes ownership

Software Development:

1. Azure DevOps, Continuous Integration
2. ReSharper, static code analysis
3. C# .NET, Visual Studio 2022
4. Blazor frontend, UI components in Html/CSS/JavaScript
5. Testing, X-unit, SpecFlow (nice to have)
6. ML, ONNX (nice to have)
7. Best practices for software development
8. Software development life cycle
9. Gathering requirements and reading technical documentation

Domain Knowledge:
