What Were Looking For

• Strong experience in Web Development, building full-stack applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of cloud-based architectures, especially with AWS.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and a strong interest in Accessibility (A11y).
• Expertise in web architecture and technologies such as HTTP, DNS, and distributed design.
• Experience in software design principles, architectural patterns, and leading development practices.
• Proven ability to work in an agile environment, collaborating closely with team members.
• Strong background in quality assurance techniques, including TDD, continuous delivery, and pair programming.
• Demonstrated ability to support and optimize public-facing websites in production environments.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and team building.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with remote-first or distributed teams.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices for CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with monitoring and maintaining web applications in production.
