Tessent is Hiring: Digital Circuit Design and Verification Engineer

Tessent is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and energetic engineer with expertise in digital circuit design and verification to join our IP/RTL R&D team . Working in an international setting, you will have the chance to lead impactful projects, contribute to innovative product enhancements, and advance your skills and knowledge.

In this role, you will develop Design-for-Test (DFT) solutions, including enhancements to test IP (written in Verilog), validate hardware, implement flow automation using Tcl, and create flow test cases. Your work will focus on Tessent TestKompress and Streaming Scan Network (SSN) products.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and enhance test IP using Verilog.
• Validate hardware designs and implement flow automation with Tcl.
• Create and execute flow test cases.
• Contribute to Tessent’s TestKompress and SSN product developments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor design.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language.
• Verilog knowledge.
• Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of System Verilog.
• Expertise in Tcl scripting.
• Familiarity with DFT concepts, including scan implementation, test compression, Logic Built-In Self-Test, and standards like IEEE 1149.1, 1500, 1687.
• Understanding of EDA tools, including HDL simulation, logic synthesis, SDC and STA, IC place and route, equivalence checking, CDC, and RDC.
