Join us as the Staff SDET in our Banking-as-aService team and shape the future of testing. In this technical leadership role, you will work directly with clients and internal teams to define and implement testing strategies, principles and practices that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What makes you a great fit

• Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills 
• Deep expertise in test methodologies and tools, including automated test frameworks, mocking, stubbing, and modern testing tools  
• Hands-on technical experience with a proficiency in Java, back-end test automation frameworks, and integrating these into continuous deployment pipelines  
• Specialist knowledge in performance and security testing with experience in software performance testing, automated security testing techniques, and associated tooling  
• Proven ability leading and guiding Quality Engineers to define and achieve goals  
• Agile team collaboration with experience in delivering and testing distributed microservices as part of an agile development team 

It would be great if you also had

• Awareness of cloud infrastructure and configuration
• Experience in Event Driven Architecture
