We’re looking for a skilled and motivated SDET to help shape and implement the testing strategy across a suite of innovative financial products. You’ll join a high-performing, agile team focused on delivering scalable, secure, and customer-centric solutions.

responsibilities :
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in agile squads to define and deliver product iterations
Design and implement scalable automated testing systems for backend and frontend services
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable test code
Support fellow engineers in testing their software and act as a subject matter expert
Contribute to the evolution of the testing strategy across multiple product lines
Champion quality engineering practices and help shape the future of the testing chapter
Ensure testing systems are integrated into CI/CD pipelines
requirements-expected :
Strong programming skills in Java
Hands-on experience with backend and frontend test automation frameworks
Familiarity with integrating tests into continuous deployment pipelines
Knowledge of performance and security testing tools and techniques
Understanding of cloud infrastructure and configuration
Experience with Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD)
Proven track record of testing distributed microservices in agile environments
Based in Poland and available to work from the Warsaw office at least twice a month
