The project is carried out as part of a public tender for the development and maintenance of enterprise-class IT systems for a European Agency operating in Poland.

responsibilities :

Designing and developing enterprise-level solutions using .NET technologies, SharePoint, and the Angular framework on the frontend.
Translating business and technical requirements into clear and practical software designs.
Proposing and implementing technical solutions that meet business needs and solve complex challenges.
Leading development teams and supporting them throughout the project lifecycle.
Setting and maintaining software development standards to ensure high-quality and consistent code.
Optimizing applications for performance, security, and overall quality.
Estimating development effort and timelines, and helping to plan project delivery.
Managing configuration, version control, and software releases.
Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to support development and operations.
Contributing to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment activities.
Creating prototypes and internal testing tools to validate ideas and improve efficiency.
Acting as second- and third-line technical support when needed.
Collecting and interpreting software metrics to improve quality and performance.

requirements-expected :

At least one certification in a software development technology domain at an advanced level, or an equivalent internationally recognized certificate.
English level B2 or higher.
At least bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Proven experience as a Software Developer in at least two projects focused on knowledge management, digital collaboration, workflows, and document handling.
Experience in at least two projects involving the design and management of business processes.
At least 5 years of experience working with the Angular framework and .NET technologies.
At least 5 years of experience in the development of SharePoint-based systems.
Strong ability to design and develop complete software solutions - including data layer, business logic layer, and UI layer.
Good knowledge of UML and the ability to design applications using UML diagrams.
Experience going through the full software solution lifecycle at least once.
Hands-on experience working in Scrum-based environments.
Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate development efforts.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to document technical solutions clearly and effectively.
Solid understanding of software performance, security, and quality principles.
