Join our Agile Operating Model within Management Investments Technology to support Portfolio Management and Trading across our Asset Management. As a key member of the Crew, you will play a crucial role in championing Automated Testing and ensuring the highest quality standards in our Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities:

• Champion Automated Testing practices throughout the SDLC.
• Design and implement robust test automation frameworks.
• Drive the implementation of Shift Left practices for early defect detection.
• Mentor and guide manual test engineers and software engineers in adopting testing best practices.
• Conduct Functional, Performance, and Exploratory testing to ensure software quality.
• Execute Manual and Automated testing, including Unit, Integration, and End-to-End functional testing.
• Implement and maintain Test Automation frameworks with a focus on White-box and Black-box functional testing.
• Utilize web testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
• Apply experience in Behavior Driven Development (BDD) to enhance testing methodologies.
• Develop and maintain regression and automation suites for efficient testing.
• Collaborate closely with end users, business analysts, and developers to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Own test management and reporting processes to support continuous delivery.

Experience:

• 4 / 5+ years of experience as a Test Engineer
• Proficient in C#, .NET Core/React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Having experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong background in Functional, Performance, and Exploratory testing.
• Extensive experience in both Manual and Automated testing.
• In-depth knowledge of Unit, Integration, and End-to-End functional testing.
• Expertise in White-box and Black-box functional testing methodologies.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining Test Automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with web testing frameworks, including Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
• Practical experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
• Track record of developing and maintaining regression and automation suites.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with end users, business analysts, and developers.
• Ownership of test management and reporting processes to facilitate continuous delivery.
• A Software Craftsperson committed to engineering best practices and delivering Clean Code.
