Your new company
Our client is a Scandinavian pharma company and is newly established in Warsaw. This exciting development offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team during a pivotal phase of growth and transformation. You will be part of a young and dynamic team that focusses on delivering end-to-end IT products and services for a +2bn euro business unit. The department is currently embarking on an IT modernisation journey, where new tech such as cloud services and AI will be deeply rooted in their IT offerings.
Your new role
As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable and secure custom software solutions tailored to business needs. This role ensures the stable operation of critical applications, contributes to continuous improvements, and supports the implementation and lifecycle management of internally developed solutions.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain custom-built applications and components using .NET, C#, and cloud technology.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level application support, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.
- Participate in deployment activities, including preparation, execution, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to software documentation.
- Support the definition and refinement of development standards, practices, and tools.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong proficiency in developing applications using C#, .NET and other similar code languages.
- Experience in building web applications
- Knowledge of modernising and migrating from desktop applications to web applications.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and automated testing
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps development or similar cloud platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Effective communication skills in English
