Software Design Engineer Miejsce pracy: Poznań Your responsibilities Creation and optimization of powertrain, traction control and energy management solutions. Assistance in integrating traction control with remote monitoring systems. Methodical optimization of traction control /power output following the V-model. MIL, SIL, and HIL validation and testing of software. Customer service support. Maintenance of software part's internal database. Analysis and solving of quality cases in software area within limited time. Assistance in the commissioning of your new developments within the entire traction system. Our requirements Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering or equivalent. 2 years of experience in embedded software in the automotive industry, preferable in buses. Intermediate English proficiency (German is a plus). Fundamental understanding of electronic and electrical design. Capability to conduct troubleshooting in electrical systems. Experience with functional safety, cybersecurity, and international standards. Knowledge of model-based development or C. Familiarity with CAN interface and Linux. Understanding of code repository (GIT) and task management (Jira). Knowledge of Python or Java is a plus. Commitment to self-development and achieving results. Motivation for results and persistence in goal achievement. Strong organizational skills, time management, and prioritization ability. Enthusiasm for vehicles and an interest in electric mobility.
