For NATEK Poland we are looking for a Software Data Governance Engineer, who will be dedicated to project in the Banking Industry.

Join team of 25 individuals focused on design, development and maintenance of enterprise data architecture solutions. The team consists of developers, QA testers, business analysts, data architects, and project managers. Work is in an agile environment.

Your responsibilities

1. Development of integration solutions across multiple Data Governance tools
2. Process modelling: based on requirements, identify set of tasks, activities, dependencies, and hierarchy of the processes (business processes, sub-processes, and process components)
3. Managing and designing data governance infrastructure (local DB, Clouds, setting SSO, etc.)
4. Developing monitoring tools (Grafana)
5. User support and issues resolution (managing SNOW tickets)
6. Keeping and if needed setting best coding standards and practices
7. Cooperating with business analytics and architect
8. Developing and maintaining various Python scripts (i.e. automation and deployment)
9. Being a part of scrum team (following all Agile ceremonies)

Our requirements

1. Several years of experience and familiarity with: Java, Spring, Kubernetes, Apache Camel, etc.
2. 1-2 years of experience with managing software for complex technology platforms that serve a variety of user bases.
3. Strong subject matter knowledge in data lake, cloud, Mule, SaaS, Security, SAML, SSO, data management, data quality management, and data governance
4. Experience of data management development tools and their capabilities.
5. Several years of experience with building interfaces and integration across various applications.
6. Knowledge of requirements management tools and methods (JIRA or equivalent, Kanban, etc.) is very helpful.
7. Very good understanding of SDLC (including version controls, JIRA, release)
