• using your uniformed services expertise to drive innovation with clients;
• analysis of data and processes to improve organizational operations;
• collecting requirements from various stakeholder groups;

• experience in uniformed services (e.g. Policja, Straż graniczna, Wojsko) – ability to perform under pressure, analyze situations, and make sound decisions;
• fluent command of German, both spoken and written (mandatory requirement);
• openness to development – willingness to learn new tools and methods used in a corporate environment (e.g., Excel, UML, BPMN);
• strong analytical skills – ability to draw conclusions based on data, observations, and procedures;
• ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholder groups – both technical and business.
