Design and develop core features of Platform using C#/.NET in a real‑time, mission‑critical public safety environment.
Implement and integrate network communication components, including signaling, session handling, and protocols such as WCF, SignalR, and gRPC.
Work with radio and telecom systems aligned with 3GPP/Broadband standards, supporting voice, data, and video communication workflows.
Build and optimize distributed, high‑load, low‑latency systems running in a private cloud infrastructure.
Deliver new functionality (60–70%) while maintaining and refactoring existing components (30%).
Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to enhance reliability and performance of public safety communication systems.

+4 years of experience of C# / .NET (core development, large systems, real‑time environments).
Experience building high‑criticality software systems.
Hands‑on experience with signalling, network protocols or communication stacks.
Good understanding of session signalling, message routing, or real‑time message handling.
Experience with one or more of the following: WCF, SignalR, gRPC
Experience working with voice/data/video communication systems is a strong advantage.
Experience with real‑time applications.
