Key Responsibilities:
Manage license consumption metering processes for SAP products and services, including license, software, and consumption-based models.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with SAP licensing terms and conditions; identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
Analyze license usage data to identify optimization opportunities, such as underutilized licenses and reassignment options.
Maintain a centralized and well-organized repository of SAP license contracts, agreements, purchase orders, and invoices, ensuring proper documentation and accessibility.
Collaborate with the SAP vendor when needed and support software procurement in line with company policies.
Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of consolidated budgets for software products and licenses.
Support external audit activities related to SAP software and licensing.
Provide expert advice to project, program, infrastructure, and application portfolio managers on software licensing and compliance topics.
Deliver internal reports and insights on the SAP licensing portfolio and compliance status.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven professional experience in license management and administration, software licensing, and Software Asset Management (SAM) for SAP software products and services.
In-depth knowledge of SAP licensing principles and contractual aspects.
Practical understanding and hands-on experience with SAP audit processes.
Experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro is a strong asset.
Background in working within a global context, with demonstrated cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strong sense of end-to-end ownership and accountability.
Proficiency in multi-source data analysis.
Technical background is an advantage.
Full professional proficiency in English is required.
