Key Responsibilities:

• Manage license consumption metering processes for SAP products and services, including license, software, and consumption-based models.
  
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with SAP licensing terms and conditions; identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
  
• Analyze license usage data to identify optimization opportunities, such as underutilized licenses and reassignment options.
  
• Maintain a centralized and well-organized repository of SAP license contracts, agreements, purchase orders, and invoices, ensuring proper documentation and accessibility.
  
• Collaborate with the SAP vendor when needed and support software procurement in line with company policies.
  
• Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of consolidated budgets for software products and licenses.
  
• Support external audit activities related to SAP software and licensing.
  
• Provide expert advice to project, program, infrastructure, and application portfolio managers on software licensing and compliance topics.
  
• Deliver internal reports and insights on the SAP licensing portfolio and compliance status.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven professional experience in license management and administration, software licensing, and Software Asset Management (SAM) for SAP software products and services.
  
• In-depth knowledge of SAP licensing principles and contractual aspects.
  
• Practical understanding and hands-on experience with SAP audit processes.
  
• Experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro is a strong asset.
  
• Background in working within a global context, with demonstrated cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  
• Strong sense of end-to-end ownership and accountability.
  
• Proficiency in multi-source data analysis.
  
• Technical background is an advantage.
  
• Full professional proficiency in English is required.
