Now, for a client operating in the tobacco industry, we are looking for a Salesforce Contract & License Administrator who will be responsible for the end-to-end management, optimization, and oversight of Salesforce (SFDC) licenses across the organization.
responsibilities :
Support central, regional, and local IT organizations with Salesforce license requirements, acting as the primary advisor for license usage, allocation, and consumption
Collect, validate, and consolidate monthly license and subscription needs; prepare and maintain provisioning tables for the company and affiliated entities
Process additional license orders, request quotations from vendors, and maintain accurate change logs to document license adjustments
Monitor and report on license consumption, identifying discrepancies, underutilization, and opportunities for optimization
Lead in annual planning cycles by estimating future license and subscription needs in line with business growth and budget requirements
Prepare consolidated forecasts of Salesforce software licenses
Work proactively to identify cost optimization opportunities, including reclaiming unused licenses
Manage the quarterly and annual license SWAP process within PMI and with the Salesforce vendor
Monitor and report on Flex and Data Cloud credit consumption
Support financial processes related to SMS and internal license recharge
Maintain accurate documentation of license inventories, subscription terms, and contract details
Support internal audits, compliance checks, and alignment with internal IT governance standards
Contribute to continuous improvement by refining processes, tools, and reporting standards related to license management
requirements-expected :
Senior-level experience in License or Contract Administration, ideally in a multinational or large-scale environment
Familiarity with SaaS licensing models, subscription structures, and procurement processes
Solid understanding of core IT delivery and service management processes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret licensing data and identify optimization opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and regions
High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive problem-solving approach
Sufficient knowledge of English to communicate fluently on a daily basis
