Your responsibilities Actively architect, design and develop code and lead the implementation of our cloud platform using a TypeScript front-end framework, .Net 8, Cosmos Db, microservices, Grpc and public REST APIs. Serve as the Lead Architect & Developer in a small, agile team of developers. Establish technical standards, best practices, and design principles to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability. Make strategic technology decisions regarding frameworks, patterns, and tools aligned with our business goals. Develop proof-of-concepts to validate architectural approaches and technical solutions. Guide and mentor other developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. Have experience with modern ETL Tools such as Azure Data Factory. Have experience with master data management, single source of truth and data quality management. Collaborate with global product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions. Champion DevOps practices that include proper code management, branching, pipeline deployment and embrace a "you build it, you run it" philosophy. Contribute to a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and creative problem-solving. Stay informed about emerging technologies and identify opportunities to drive innovation. Develop and maintain clear technical architecture documentation, including conceptual designs, data models, process flows and user stores. Our requirements At least 4 years’ experience as Development Architect Experience working in manufacturing environments—understanding the dynamics and challenges they bring. Knowledge of ERP processes in a production company (a strong plus). Familiarity with Kubernetes (a plus). Experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially using Azure DevOps (a plus). Curiosity about how AI can enhance user experience and business value. A team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills. A passion for learning and staying current with new technologies. Comfort working in an international environment. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
