We are looking for a senior technical leader for a global product, driving the technical vision and strategy for software development within the organization. Act as a mentor and player-coach for the development team, fostering collaboration and innovation while ensuring high standards of code quality and performance.

Your tasks

• Architect and oversee the design of scalable, robust software solutions across web and mobile platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices
• Lead technical discussions and decisions, directing technology choices, coding standards, and development methodologies to enhance team productivity and product quality
• Foster a culture of innovation, guiding the team in adopting new tools, technologies, and practices that improve performance and security while identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and ensuring alignment between product vision and implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree or advanced certification is highly preferred
• At least 10 years of extensive software development experience with a deep understanding of the tech stack, including C#, Angular, Java, and GoLang, along with cloud services (AWS)
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and driving architectural decisions within a diverse ecosystem, demonstrating strong hands-on abilities in software design and implementation
• Excellent mentoring, collaboration, and communication skills, with a track record of inspiring teams and effectively presenting complex technical information to stakeholders
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Open for hybrid work model with 2-3 days per week on-site in Wrocław
• Residing in Poland required
