SOFTWARE and HARDWARE IT SPECIALIST

Location: CRACOW

Salary: 7/8.000 PLN gross

Employment Type: Full time CoP

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to computer related service and trouble calls
2. Move workstations and peripherals, as required
3. Receive and provide required equipment (Install and set up equipment, cables, outlets and all other hardware) IMAC (installs/moves/add/changes)
4. Diagnose printer and other peripheral device failures and implement solutions

Requirements:

1. Ability to resolve Windows 10 and MAC OS Operating System Errors
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office 2016/2019/Office365 Suite
3. Proficient in collaboration Tools Teams/Skype/Zoom
4. Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Group Policy Objects
