- Creating and managing content for social media – planning and executing content strategies, publishing posts, and preparing engaging materials (graphics, videos, stories, reels) tailored to the specifics of each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Identifying and collaborating with brand ambassadors – building relationships with industry institutions and key stakeholders to expand brand reach, while coordinating activities with the marketing team, graphic designers, and copywriters.
- Building and engaging online communities – moderating discussions, responding to comments and messages, initiating interactions with users, and collaborating with professional social media groups to strengthen brand recognition and presence.
- Monitoring and managing brand image – tracking customer feedback, responding to reviews and comments, handling crisis situations, and implementing actions to enhance brand reputation.
- Analyzing and optimizing social media performance – monitoring campaign and post results, analyzing metrics (reach, engagement, conversions), reporting outcomes, and implementing recommended improvements.
- Creating content to support digital marketing efforts – developing materials for advertising campaigns, websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media, aligned with educational, storytelling, and sales objectives at different stages of the customer journey.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools – relevant to the role, including analytics, advertising campaigns, and process automation.
- Experience in creating engaging marketing content – tailored to campaign objectives, target audiences, and the characteristics of individual channels.
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills – with the ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Proactive mindset and ability to drive change – readiness to propose and implement new ideas and improvements.
- Professional approach to task execution – with attention to quality, timeliness, and accountability.
- Experience working in a goal-oriented environment – understanding of how individual contributions impact team performance.
- Creativity and inventiveness in marketing activities – ability to develop original concepts and out-of-the-box solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms – including their algorithms, communication potential, and technical specificities (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) – enabling efficient use of tools, documentation, and communication with external partners.
