MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the companys marketing objectives and target audience;
• Create content calendars and schedule posts for optimal times to maximize visibility and engagement;
• Plan, execute, and manage social media advertising campaigns using platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads;
• Monitor ad performance, allocate budgets effectively, and optimize campaigns for better results;
• Set clear goals and KPIs for social media performance and track progress toward achieving them.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Practical experience in marketing with B2B business;
• Strong written communication skills to craft compelling and concise captions, headlines, and posts that resonate with the target audience;
• Skill in analyzing social media metrics and providing insightful reports;
• Understanding current social media trends, emerging platforms, viral content;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• High level of self-organization, time management skills;
• Understanding the importance of planning, clear task setting, performance monitoring, timely feedback.
