We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our Brand & Social Media team and take ownership of Tylko’s organic social media ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll shape how our brand shows up across platforms – especially Instagram and TikTok – build engaged communities, and turn audience insights and cultural trends into bold, high-quality content. You’ll work closely with Influencer, Brand, Creative, Performance, and CRM teams to make sure our social media is inspiring, effective, and best-in-class.
You’ll report to the Head of Social Media & Partnerships and play a key role in making Tylko’s social presence one of the most inspiring in the market.

,[Own and grow Tylko’s organic social channels – primarily Instagram and TikTok, but also Pinterest, YouTube, and Facebook: planning, publishing, optimizing, and reporting., Define content pillars and brand voice using audience insights; build and maintain a rolling content calendar., Spot trends & spark bold creative – monitor platform shifts, memes, cultural moments, and audio/format trends; pitch brave ideas, hooks, and executions., Source and manage content creators & UGC – shortlist creators, write briefs, negotiate deliverables and usage rights, and maintain a creator CRM., Lead content production end-to-end – write clear creative briefs, oversee production, give feedback, ensure quality and accessibility standards, and perform light edits when needed., Build and manage the community – proactive engagement, moderation, and ownership of crisis-escalation playbooks., Measure and report performance – deliver weekly insights and monthly deep-dives with clear learnings and next steps., Collaborate cross-functionally – work closely with the Influencer team within the social ecosystem, as well as Brand & Creative teams, plus Performance and CRM for alignment and content repurposing.
