You will be:

1. Crafting, handling, and carrying out the social media strategy for MTV, Paramount Network and Comedy Central in Poland (on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more),
2. Writing and implementing the content and consumer-engagement strategies on our local social media handles,
3. Collaborating with Marketing on creative campaign concepts and their implementation for campaigns,
4. Roll-out and adapting key international campaigns (e.g., Music campaigns, EMAs, VMS),
5. Building the digital content for our locally produced shows (e.g., Warsaw Shore),
6. Teaming up with our International and other teams across video and design to develop innovative social creatives and ensure processes are implemented across all assets,
7. Supervising freelance social media producers and external agencies,
8. Studying competitor strategies and social media trends to ensure our brands stay ahead of the curve,
9. Tracking and analyzing the performance and results of campaigns and initiatives, building social recap reports, and presenting takeaways to executives and partners,
10. Handling the content production and freelancer budget.

We are looking for people who have:

1. 2+ years of experience working with Social Media Management,
2. Experience in developing and crafting visuals and videos optimized for sharing,
3. Deep understanding of publishing on various social platforms and nuances of the end-user experience,
4. Excellent knowledge of budget management,
5. Passion and knowledge about television, entertainment, and pop culture,
6. Phenomenal interpersonal skills and proficiency in Polish and English,
7. Excellent eye for detail and are a stickler for grammar and composition in voice,
8. Ability to mine and leverage social and site data to develop content quickly against trends.
