Brickendon Consulting is continuing their projected growth and is seeking experienced driven and talented social media specialists to join the expanding Kraków offices and work on developing a marketing strategy as well as building brand awareness for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing Brickendon social media channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Creating, editing, and publishing engaging content in various formats (text, pictures, video).
- Building and executing long-term social media marketing strategy.
- Creating brand awareness and positive image of Brickendon.
- Actively engaging with social media users on various platforms.
- Keeping up to date with social media trends and utilizing them in daily work.
- Collaborating with other Brickendon departments to create promotional content as needed.
- Providing insights, reports, and recommendations for future campaigns.
Skills & Requirements
- Higher education, preferable in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of social media marketing experience.
- Very good knowledge of graphic design software.
- Creativity and ability to come up with innovative ideas.
- In-depth knowledge of social media trends and ability to engage the audience.
- Experience with employer branding.
- Innovative approach to content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken).
- Sharp eye for details.
- Willingness to learn and constantly improve your skills.
- High degree of flexibility, self-motivation, and drive.
- Ability to work in a high-functioning team environment.
- Excellent command of English.
