Our Social Media team is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams—including product, marketing, and creative—to deliver integrated campaigns that amplify EFG’s products and events. This role also involves ongoing performance analysis and strategy optimization, leveraging KPIs to enhance content impact, drive engagement, and ensure we remain at the forefront of the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine the social media strategy to enhance the EFG brand and its digital presence.
  • Lead channel-specific strategies and content planning to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Maintain and evolve the tone of voice across digital platforms to align with brand identity.
  • Design and implement digital content strategies for EFG products and events, ensuring impact and relevance.
  • Collaborate on creating compelling digital content packages and campaigns for brand partners.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize social media KPIs to drive performance across EFG accounts.
  • Strategically plan and execute social marketing campaigns for global EFG products.
  • Manage and grow community engagement, fostering strong relationships with audiences.
  • Partner with creative teams to ideate, produce, and refine innovative content plans.
  • Continuously analyze and enhance performance across all digital EFG channels.

  • Driven by adaptability and innovation: Ability to stay ahead of social media trends, adapt to new tools, and implement creative strategies to keep EFG at the forefront of digital engagement in the gaming and sports entertainment space.
  • Results-Oriented: A proactive, data-driven mindset with the ability to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize strategies based on insights to drive engagement and growth.

Minimum Requirements:

  • University Degree: in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Media Studies, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in marketing, content agency, or promotion.
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience managing and growing social media accounts for brands, ideally within the gaming, sports, or entertainment industries.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and community engagement techniques to drive measurable results.
  • Platform Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of key social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Discord) and an understanding of the nuances of each to tailor content effectively.
  • Creative Content Skills: Experience with content creation, including proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools for creating compelling visual and video content.
  • Campaign Management: Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns, with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
  • Engagement and Community Management: Strong skills in community engagement, with an understanding of how to foster online relationships and manage online communities to boost brand loyalty.
  • Excellent Communication: Fluent in English, with excellent copywriting. Ability to craft engaging, on-brand messaging tailored to different social media platforms.
  • Gaming Knowledge: Deep understanding of gaming culture, particularly around sports and esports games like F1, Call of Duty Mobile, Brawl Stars, and EA FC Mobile as well as familiarity with gaming communities and their behaviors.

Bonus experience:

  • Previous experience working in esports/ gaming/ sports/ entertainment industries.
