We’re a fast-growing startup building a mobile app for Gen Z & Gen Alpha.

We’re looking for a hands‑on Social Media Manager / Creative Producer to own and scale our TikTok content engine. This role combines creator operations (50%) and content management (50%) with a strong focus on velocity, quality, and repeatable wins.

You will be responsible for managing creators, running content planning cycles, and delivering ~100 short‑form videos per week with consistent performance.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Management

  • Source, onboard, and manage a pool of short‑form creators
  • Own creator communication: briefs, deadlines, feedback, replacements
  • Maintain quality bar and performance standards
  • Build a reliable creator pipeline to support high weekly output

Content Management & Operations

  • Own weekly and monthly content planning cycles
  • Build and maintain a clear content matrix:
    • pillars & series
    • formats
    • hooks & CTAs
    • variations and iterations
  • Package content for performance (hooks, framing, structure)
  • Oversee publishing, distribution, and archiving
  • Track performance and report insights
  • atically repurpose and scale top‑performing videos

What Success Looks Like

  • 100 videos/week delivered consistently, on time, and on brief
  • Clear content system (not chaos): repeatable formats, documented learnings
  • Proven ability to replicate viral patterns, not just “one‑off hits”
  • TikTok account shows steady growth and breakout wins

What We Expect

  • Proven experience managing short‑form creators and content at scale
  • Demonstrated TikTok success:
    • at least one video with 1M+ views
    • clear understanding of why it worked and ability to replicate
  • Strong understanding of TikTok-native storytelling:
    • hooks, pacing, retention, CTAs
  • Experience running high‑volume content operations
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Data‑driven mindset with creative intuition

Nice to have

  • Experience working with or promoting mobile apps
  • Experience scaling multiple creators or verticals in parallel
