CodiLime is a software and network engineering industry expert and the first-choice service partner for top global networking hardware providers, software providers and telecoms. We create proofs-of-concept, help our clients build new products, nurture existing ones and provide services in production environments. Our clients include both tech startups and big players in various industries and geographic locations (US, Japan, Israel, Europe).

The project and the team

At CodiLime, we understand that to create impactful software and boost tech-driven businesses globally, we need top-notch engineers and thinkers in our team, but we also need our future clients to be able to find us. That’s why we execute our digital marketing strategy by creating high quality content and video content that attracts, engages and delights our clients.

What else you should know:

• We are part of CodiLime’s growth team, which consists of about 20 high-level managers, marketers and business developers
• We are looking for new clients from around the world, with particular emphasis on the United States, Western Europe, Israel and Japan
• Out target is both market leaders and disruptive startups

Your role

As a part of the Content Team, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy focused on organic growth while integrating performance marketing elements
• Managing, monitoring, and optimizing social media campaigns across various platforms (in order of priority: LinkedIn and YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Analyzing social media analytics to find areas of improvement, making data-driven decisions to increase engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and software development.
• Building a community around CodiLime.

Do we have a match?

As a Social Media Manager you must meet the following criteria:

• At least 3 years of experience in managing social media profiles
• Minimum 1 year of experience in performing paid social media campaigns (focus on LinkedIn)
• Proven experience in marketing B2B, preferably in IT professional services
• Excellent writing skills - creating short and understandable texts using technical wording is an art
• Fluency in written (C1) and spoken (at least B2) English
• You are the owner!
• You have high coordination and communication skills
• You are detail-oriented both in terms of deadlines and quality of copy
• You are a pro in task management - you can manage multiple campaigns and topics
• You make decisions based on data - you are not afraid of the analytical aspect of social media 
• You know your tools and AI-based solutions
• You are keen to learn based on feedback

Nice to have:

• This position may involve occasional visits to our headquarters in Warsaw, therefore we prefer candidates from the Warsaw metropolitan area, although we encourage all qualified applicants to apply.
