Social Media Expert (Brand and Talent Marketing)

This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland and work local business hours. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

The Social Media Expert is responsible for contributing to the planning and development of programs and campaigns in support of our brand and talent marketing. The role works closely with the brand marketing and enterprise social media teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to develop social strategy, execute campaigns, analyze performance, provide insights, and manage brand reputation and crisis communication.

What you will do:

  • Work with the enterprise social media team to develop social media programming and content for the brand and talent marketing, aligned to the marketing strategy, to deliver on key priorities.
  • Build and execute organic and paid social media campaigns for business corporate pages.
  • Own daily brand and crisis monitoring through technology and hands‑on monitoring across social media platforms, bringing together findings, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Champion employee advocacy, collaborating on colleague training and best practices, raising awareness and activating colleagues to support marketing goals.
  • Lead weekly team meetings between social media and marketing stakeholders to discuss priorities, review programs, and align on actions, fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Contribute to presentations, scorecards, and KPIs to measure social media and strategic marketing program effectiveness.
  • Contribute to strategic projects focused on continuous growth and innovation.

What you need to have:

  • Minimum two years of B2B social media experience, with practical knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Strong time‑management and organizational skills, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team, with strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a social media campaign from brief through to final assets and post copy, applying social media channel best practices.
