WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- A candidate with strong written communication skills in Turkish and English
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to stay calm and professional when handling difficult or sensitive interaction
- Familiarity with a social media management tool, ideally Sprinkl
- Experience in managing social media communities is a must
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracyAbility to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

- Recommend updates to the response guide based on past interactions
- Assist in scheduling and posting content on social media platforms
