Social Media Community Specialist with Arabic

Who are we looking for
- A candidate with strong written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to stay calm and professional when handling difficult or sensitive interaction
- Familiarity with a social media management tool, ideally Sprinklr
- Experience in managing social media communities will be preferred
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

- Monitor and respond to messages on our social media platforms in a timely manner
- Maintain the voice and tone of PMI while adapting to the context
- Identify and escalate complex issues and potential risks to relevant internal teams
- Ensure all messages are tagged appropriately and follow the guidance provided
- Recommend updates to the response guide based on past interactions
- Assist in scheduling and posting content on social media platforms
