Social media and copywriting Expert Lead

Your responsibilities

• You are a social media specialist and know exactly what challenges, target audiences and content requirements each platform and text format entails.
• As a team leader, you are responsible for task allocation, resource planning, workflows, processes, tool usage, results, budget planning and monitoring your team.
• You will coach and develop your team members professionally and, in collaboration with the HR manager, personally and take charge of personnel planning.
• You act as an internal consultant for various internal clients and advise on text and social media strategy and targeted marketing campaign support.
• As an organizational talent, you pull the strings of all brands in the food family with regard to activities on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube - both in Germany and internationally.
• You act as a quality gateway and thus guarantee high quality standards for editorial plans, moving image content and various text formats.
• You create the interface between your department and internal customers in Germany and internationally - as well as with performance marketing, design, HR, product management and external freelancers.
• Your work is based on numbers and data, and you know exactly how to use tools and key figures to check and improve the success of organically created content with meaningful reports.
• With your passion for digital media and interest in new trends, you actively monitor the market and are on the cutting edge to take your team to the next level with innovation and new ideas.

Our requirements

• The resume should be written in English
• You have 5-10 years of professional experience in marketing, copywriting and social media, agency experience will be an advantage.
• You have experience as a manager and know how to develop a team and motivate them to act independently.
• You have extensive experience in creating and managing a professional social media presence and developing effective strategies.
• You have excellent spoken and written German and English - other foreign languages will be an asset.
• You are creative, conceptually strong and have a keen sense of effective content and good writing.
• You are an active user of social media and a digital native.
• You are open-minded and easily interact with internal stakeholders.
• You are communicative, empathetic and adapt quickly to new structures
