Job Overview

We are looking for a Social Media and Community Manager to join our dynamic team and lead community engagement across multiple platforms. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping our global brand voice and building authentic relationships with developers, businesses, and hosting professionals worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Community Engagement: Develop and execute community engagement strategies across platforms including X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook/Meta, and other relevant communities.
  • Content Creation: Create, schedule, and publish compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Moderation: Monitor and moderate discussions to ensure constructive engagement and compliance with community guidelines.
  • Community Support: Respond to user comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner (non-support related).
  • Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to ensure community initiatives align with broader campaign objectives.
  • Analytics: Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and community growth.
  • Market Insights: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and community best practices to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in community management, social media, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with hosting industry concepts (VPS, dedicated servers, cloud infrastructure).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple channels and create engaging, high-quality content.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Comfortable moderating technical discussions and engaging with hosting-related communities.
  • Experience in a tech or hosting-related company is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of growing communities organically through authentic engagement strategies.
