Job Description:

The Social Media & Content Specialist manages the daily content creation, community management, and publishing for our market’s social media accounts. This includes overseeing accounts and working with creators to plan content across relevant social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and The-Next-Big-Thing.

Together with a team, create a unique tone for our channels and background as an end-to-end content creator with an acute understanding of whats trending and how/when that should be translated to a broader national social narrative.

You are responsible for driving brand love via organic engagement with as large an audience as possible across metrics such as reach, engagements, frequency, and length of interaction. Ultimately, the Social Media & Content Specialist ensures Red Bull generates word of mouth with the right content on the right account/platform at the right time. You will also be able to translate online performance data into actionable plans that can be delivered in local activations, while helping to uplevel the broader digital media expertise and knowledge throughout Red Bull Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Co-create the publishing calendar for the assigned social media in Poland.
  2. Optimize channel performance through use of analytics, scheduling, and driving smooth consumer journeys across platforms.
  3. Build community through social media community management and community-focused initiatives.
  4. Use the right mix of local and global content to ensure year-long audience engagement.
  5. Track online trends, respond to real-time marketing (RTM), and deepen knowledge of social media.
  6. Work with Social Media Manager to build the business plan by creating and programming strategies in support of Red Bulls wider marketing mix.

Content Production:

  1. Develop and produce social-first content concepts around our marketing mix with a hyper-focus on local relevancy.
  2. Work closely with internal and external content producers and editors to ensure content is made for the platform to maximize performance.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in running successful and engaging social media accounts.
  2. Expert in identifying where consumers live digitally, how they consume content, and how to engage them with content according to their consumption behavior.
  3. Constant sense of online trends and knows how to drive Word of Mouth online.
  4. Experience in content production (editing, shooting, briefing).
  5. Knowledge of social copywriting and community management.
  6. Passion for the Red Bull brand and its values, with an understanding of driving brand love online.
  7. Fluency in English (B2), both written and spoken.
  8. Excellent digital industry knowledge.
  9. Analytic thinking, high affinity to data, with ability to translate into strategy and concrete initiatives.
