About us

Trans.eu Group S.A. is a Polish technology company founded in 2004. We create and develop one of the most important transport platforms in Europe, aiming to build a smart and fair transport market for all participants. Guided by partnership, our values are respect, trust and courage. For the last 20 years we have built a community of carriers, forwarders and shippers, providing them with freight exchange, a carrier database and a platform for managing transport orders. We operate in 22 languages across 13 foreign branches.

Who are we looking for

We’re looking for a creative and community‑focused person passionate about building engaging online conversations. A natural brand evangelist who combines killer copywriting with a love for data to show the real impact of their work.

The role & the team

This key role in our marketing efforts will build and execute our entire social media strategy from the ground up. You will be the voice of Trans.eu across major platforms, from LinkedIn to TikTok, creating thriving communities and producing content that stops the scroll and drives engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute Trans.eu’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, TikTok and emerging platforms, focusing on demand generation.
  • Partner with growth and marketing teams to plan, launch, and optimise social media campaigns that drive traffic, engagement and conversion.
  • Create engaging communities of carriers, forwarders and shippers, encouraging them to talk, share and connect.
  • Produce a variety of scroll‑stopping content, including posts, videos, live streams, podcasts and customer testimonials.
  • Support paid social campaigns through content ideation, creative briefing and performance insights.
  • Run employee advocacy programs to empower top voices and team members to become brand heroes.
  • Act as a brand ambassador online and offline at industry events and trade fairs.
  • Analyse results, report KPIs and continuously improve performance to maximise ROI and audience growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record of building and executing successful organic and paid social media strategies for international or global B2B brands, ideally in tech, logistics or marketplace environments.
  • Languages: English and Polish.
  • Tools: Excellent copywriting for social media; proficiency in creating visual and video content; strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance and business impact; expertise in community management; experience in developing and managing employee advocacy programs; familiarity with social listening, marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, SproutSocial, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Soft skills: Community‑first mindset; confidence and passion to act as a brand evangelist; comfort in front of a camera and recording short videos; collaboration with international teams and clients; ability to develop skills with cutting‑edge AI tools and thrive in a growth‑oriented environment.
