Our Digital Operations Centre in Warsaw is a management center for key IT services. Established in 2017, the center now employs more than 150 specialists based out of Poland, along with satellite teams in South Africa and Malaysia. Currently, DOC provides services in the scope of Service Desk, AV, Cloud Infrastructure Management, and more to various organizations across Europe and internationally.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage security tools.
• Investigate suspicious activities, contain and prevent them.
• Reduce downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Provide security services to the rest of the organization.
• Audit and compliance support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a similar position in a SOC Team.
• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel is a great asset.
• Proficiency in security monitoring tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM) and a basic understanding of network protocols and infrastructure.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
