Snowflake and Frontend POC Coordinator

Hybrid role* (Remote/ on-site), Poland

As part of Tenthpin’s continued growth, we are seeking a Snowflake and Frontend POC Coordinator to drive and oversee Proof of Concepts (POCs) for Snowflake and frontend technologies. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on objectives, outcomes, and the seamless execution of projects.

The Opportunity

• Coordinate and Oversee POCs : Lead the execution of Snowflake and frontend POCs, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Cross-Team Collaboration : Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including technical and external vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• RFP Development and Evaluation : Support the creation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for technical implementations, ensuring clarity, precision, and comprehensiveness. Evaluate vendor proposals and provide recommendations based on technical feasibility, business alignment, and cost-effectiveness.
• Project Tracking and Communication : Conduct regular status meetings to monitor progress, identify risks or challenges, and ensure transparent updates to all stakeholders.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing : Document findings, lessons learned, and best practices from POCs to enhance future initiatives and enable organizational knowledge sharing.

Your Experience

• Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of Snowflake architecture and capabilities, with familiarity in frontend technologies and frameworks .
• Project Management : Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across technical and business teams.
• Vendor Management : Experience in writing and managing RFPs , as well as evaluating vendor proposals to drive informed decision-making.
• Collaborative Mindset : Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with global teams.
