We are currently recruiting for our client — a company operating in the industrial automation sector — for the position of SMT Process Engineer.

Location: Opole.

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating and implementing pick & place programs
• Optimizing production processes
• Calibrating and maintaining inspection and control equipment
• Developing solder paste inspection (SPI) programs, analyzing results, and implementing corrective actions
• Monitoring corrective and improvement activities
• Preparing technical documentation
• Collaborating with other departments (including New Product Introduction, R&D, Production)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an engineering role related to the SMT process
• University degree in a technical field (Automation & Robotics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related)
• Ability to create and optimize pick & place programs
• Experience in calibration and diagnostics of vision systems
• Experience in SPI data analysis
• Knowledge of reflow soldering processes
• English and/or German language skills at a communicative level (min. B1)
• Polish language proficiency at min. B2
