Job Description:
In this role you will:
- Identify and target potential enterprise clients in industries such as telecommunications, retail, banking, healthcare, and logistics, focusing on their needs for SMS, VoIP, and other communication solutions.
- Present and pitch the full portfolio of Apifonica services, including SMS messaging, VoIP calling, and integrated telecom solutions, highlighting their business impact and value.
- Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to craft strategies for business growth across multiple product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, technical support) to create compelling go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, securing contracts that meet both client expectations and company objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate communication challenges with tailored solutions from our diverse product suite.
- Contribute to the company’s product roadmap by providing feedback based on customer requirements and market trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in CRM software.
We’re looking for a person who has:
- At least 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, with a strong background in selling telecommunications solutions such as SMS, VoIP, or CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service).
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, including navigating complex procurement processes and customizing solutions to client needs.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the enterprise market.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Established network of enterprise-level contacts in industries that heavily rely on telecom solutions, such as SMS and VoIP communication.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
- High self-motivation, proactive and ambitious approach in achieving goals.
- Strategic and creative approach to achieve professional efficiency in conditions of uncertainty and startup environment with frequent changes.
- Hunger for learning and active search for opportunities to contribute.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, since this role implies communications with international teams.
