We’re hiring a passionate SMM Specialist to join our team ??

You’ll help grow engagement and leads from Polish social media, bring a true local vibe to Mate’s content, and make working with local creators and copy for the PL market fast and easy.

This is a part‑time role, up to 4 hours a day.

Your Skills

• You have ~1 year of experience in SMM and real examples of social media growth.
• Having hands‑on experience in Instagram and TikTok.
• You generate and implement content ideas independently.
• Confident with video production (cutting, editing) using TikTok tools, CapCut, etc.
• You can execute a marketing strategy and create posts/reels yourself.
• You know local trends, and adapt fast to TikTok & Instagram algorithms.
• A natural storyteller with strong writing skills.
• You’re comfortable being on camera and recording talking videos.
• You’re full of ideas and looking for space to bring them to life.
• Well‑organized, think strategically, and have a strong “make things done” attitude.
• B2+ English, Native Polish.

Bonus Points for

• Meme / fun content creation.
• Experience with LinkedIn.

Your tasks

• Adapt the SMM strategy for the Polish market.
• Build content plans for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create briefs for designers to produce social media creatives.
• Write copy for social media and help with ad localisation.
• Publish content and engage with the audience.
• Duplicate videos to YouTube Shorts.
• Analyse key metrics regularly.
• Monitor competitors.
• Produce photo & video content.
• Reply to comments and DMs.
• Test new formats and content types.

Team

You’ll work directly with Olha Borovykova, Head of Communication, who has been instrumental in building Mate Academy’s strong brand, and Krzysztof Karzel, our amazing Head of Sales in Poland ?. You’ll also collaborate with our Communication teams across Ukraine and Brazil, as well as course coordinators — a truly creative, inspired, and idea‑driven Mates where bold concepts come to life in a supportive and fun environment ?.
