Responsibilities
- Write expert articles for Ukrainian media and our blog—with SEO magic so they rank and resonate.
- Work side by side with the lead to shape content plans and choose the right channels for each story.
- Build relationships with media: handle edits, follow editorial policies, prep texts for publishing.
- Turn product and team insights into articles, posts, and narratives that people want to share.
- Keep our website buzzing with updates—from perks and events to big product news.
- Collaborate with external writers: brief, guide, review, and polish their texts.
- Script videos, reels, and presentations that stand out at events and online.
- Keep our internal knowledge base sharp and updated.
- Support our SMM presence—ensure tone of voice, consistency, and engaging narratives across channels.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in copywriting / SMM / content management with a fresh portfolio (please attach ✨).
- Ability to transform complex info into clear, structured, and catchy content.
- Creativity, proactivity, and attention to detail— you care about quality.
- Fluent Ukrainian and at least Upper‑Intermediate English.
- Ability to quickly dive into different topics (from marketing to product).
- Solid understanding of SEO—your texts don’t just read well, they perform well.
- Skilled at adapting to tone of voice and keeping it consistent.
- Top communication skills—you know how to ask questions, collaborate, and get to the essence.
- Interest in games such as CS, Dota2, or Rust—helps you feel the vibe of our product and audience ?.
- Experience writing scripts for videos and reels.
- Ability to translate ideas into visual concepts for designers.
- Experience experimenting with new content formats and channels.
