Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals;
Create high-quality text content for posts, articles, and scripts;
Develop and manage content plans for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook;
Produce or collaborate on creative assets — reels, short videos, and visual content (a plus);
Monitor trends, best practices, and competitor activity;
Build and lead personal branding strategies for top managers;
Create thought‑leadership content and manage communication style;
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and track performance;
Collaborate directly with executives to shape their narrative and expertise;
Analyze content results and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions.
2+ years of experience in SMM (LinkedIn required; Instagram & Facebook a plus);
Excellent written communication and storytelling skills in English;
Strong understanding of employer branding and professional communication;
Experience creating reels/short‑form videos;
Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics;
Creativity and ability to think outside the box;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
