• Required Skills and Experience
• Deep expertise in mainframe application development and deployment (COBOL, PL/I, middleware, data) OR in AWS cloud application migration and modernization
• Strong consulting skills: ability to engage with stakeholders, translate business needs into technical solutions, and present clear recommendations
• Practical knowledge of migration approaches (lift & shift/rehosting, replatforming, refactoring)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience bridging between business and technical teams
• 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise-scale environments
• English language proficiency
• Preferred Skills and Experience
• Experience across both domains — mainframe AND AWS/cloud modernization
• AWS or equivalent cloud certification
• Exposure to modernization tooling: Micro Focus™, Astadia, Bluage, Cast, RainCode
• Knowledge of mainframe security practices and tools
• French language
