We are currently looking for a SME Debt Collection Specialist ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.

What you will be doing?

• Manage non‑performing loans – Oversee and track delinquent accounts for recovery action
• Develop recovery strategies – Design tailored action plans for each defaulted borrower
• Coordinate legal proceedings – Initiate and manage litigation, insolvency and enforcement actions
• Engage external partners – Liaise with law firms, bailiffs and recovery agents
• Negotiate settlements – Lead restructuring or settlement discussions with defaulted clients
• Monitor legal portfolio – Track case progress, ensure documentation and compliance
• Review and analyse regular reports on collection activities and outstanding receivables

Skills you should have

• 2-3 years of experience in credit collections or finance
• Educational background in finance, law, or a related field
• Fluency in Polish and English (B2+)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle debtor conversations effectively
• Self‑driven with excellent organizational and time management skill
• Resilient under pressure and able to maintain focus in challenging situations
• Solid analytical thinking
• Proactive and responsible approach to tasks
• SQL and Google Sheets knowledge and experience, is a plus
• Previous experience in phone‑based customer service, especially in collections or accounts receivable is a plus
