We are looking for an experienced Mainframe (IBMz) Security SME to join our Core Enterprise Platform Security team within Cybersecurity Engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining the Mainframe (IBMz) Security Framework, ensuring compliance with security standards and driving security excellence across the domain.
responsibilities :
Define and manage Mainframe (IBMz) security projects and processes.
Execute the delivery of the Mainframe (IBMz) Security Framework.
Operate as the first line of defense to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
Define CS control requirements for the Mainframe (IBMz) security domain in policies and procedures.
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams, including IT Operations, Software Delivery, Internal Audit, and external security solution providers.
Identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness in processes and tooling.
Adapt and improve practices to enhance both controls and efficiency.
