responsibilities :

• Provide single project delivery manager from Nordea assigned to project
• Handle risks, issues and/or blockages to progress
• Provide administrative support to arrange meetings
• Ensure timely access to documentation and key individuals
• Provide required documentation and data for current state assessment in accordance with timeline
• Identify relevant stakeholders and ensure timely access to provide input, validation and clarifications
• Manage decisions required and facilitate collaboration with key vendors
• Support collaboration with key vendors (e.g. HCL and Kyndryl) to extent required by project

• Experience as project delivery manager
• Ability to handle risks, issues and blockages to progress
• Administrative support and meeting coordination capabilities
• Knowledge of documentation and stakeholder management
• Experience with current state assessments and project timelines
• Stakeholder identification and management skills
• Experience facilitating collaboration with key vendors
• Understanding of vendor management and coordination
• Knowledge of project delivery and execution processes
