As a Territory Manager at AWS you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology.
The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. You should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.
Key job responsibilities
- Work with demand generation, partner, marketing, business development and technical teams to manage and grow the Territory
- Manage numerous existing and new accounts concurrently & strategically
- Meet or exceed revenue goals and targets
- Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to AWS adoption and new business opportunities
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS
- Analyze metrics data to help evolve your business plan
- Manage entire lifecycle of key opportunities from adoption to closure
- Accelerate customer adoption through building and driving relationships with C-level executives and other decision makers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive experience in technology sales, business development, or complex IT solutions, along with a strong understanding of cloud technology
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and think independently in a fast-paced, multi-task driven environment
- Fluency in one of the CEE languages (PL, RU, CZ/SK preferred) and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- In-depth knowledge of the SMB or ENT market in CEE
