About our Team
Our team is focused on delivering best quality services to Samsung Smart TVs like TV Plus, Universal Guide, S-Health etc. We check the functionality of the services in MENA region before and after each release and also perform pre-release verification of new channels and contents. Our main concern is customers experience satisfaction, as well as making sure that no bugs appear on our devices.
Role and Responsibilities
- Smart TV contents’ quality control
- Daily service monitoring
- Smart TV apps’ tests
- Data gathering and insight
- Cooperation with other Team members
Skills and Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Italian
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
- Analytical thinking
- Experience in working with data
- Creative approach to performed tasks
- Good command of English
- Ability to work individually and in a team
- Willingness to improve your skills
Nice to have
- Experience in testing and QA
- Knowledge of other languages: German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish
- Knowledge of some scripting language
