SmartParts European Distribution Center Sp. z o.o. is a company that is part of the global SmartParts SA group, headquartered in Geneva. We specialize in establishing business relationships, sales, and distribution of DR!VE+ products, a rapidly growing automotive brand worldwide.

We are looking for a candidate for the position of:

The person employed in this position will primarily be responsible for:

• Comprehensive support of export customers
• Processing orders placed through available platforms
• Overseeing distribution center processes related to order handling
• Organizing logistics processes related to the transportation of goods to customers
• Monitoring payment inflow
• Analyzing customer needs, considering the specifics of the markets they operate in
• Achieving set KPIs and continuously improving customer service processes

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge of Latin languages is an additional advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, with preference for managerial positions
• Preferred experience in export and automotive industries
• Excellent 360° communication skills (with customers, management, colleagues)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Openness to an international, multicultural environment
