We are looking for a Slovenian speaking VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Slovenian both written and spoken;
• Proactive person with good support / sales skills;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Being able to search and find solutions for customers’ issues;
• Able to analyze customers’ behaviour and keep a personalized relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;
• Monitor customers’ performance & behavior in order to evaluate bonus crediting;
• Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations;
• Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage.
