Our client, an international player within the online entertainment and iGaming industry, is growing its Sales department and seeking to hire self-driven individuals to join their Sales team in Cyprus or Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with players via outbound calls, providing assistance with site usage to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates.
• Make daily outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Assist new and current players to ensure they face no blockers in enjoying the companys products.
• Promote the site, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment offerings.
• Work with your team leader to understand and achieve all targets.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support.

Requirements:

• An energetic passion for customer service and sales.
• Comfort in initiating conversations while confidently promoting the companys sites, products, and promotions.
• A drive to reach and overachieve targets daily.
• Ability to communicate at bilingual or native level in Slovenian or Slovakian and English.
• Understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry.
• Target-oriented and driven by achieving goals.
