We seek a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our SRE Department in Warsaw, responsible for driving automation and reliability, owning CI/CD pipelines, and managing incident response. What You Will Do
- Drive automation and reliability across platforms to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
- Own CI/CD pipelines and release processes, ensuring secure and scalable delivery of applications.
- Handle incident response and collaborate with development teams to maintain system stability.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to ensure high availability and performance.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
- Degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles in containerized environments.
- Strong experience with Linux and container technologies such as Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD practices and tools like GitLab CI, Ansible, ArgoCD, and Helm.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
