The plant in Chrzanów produces front and rear car lights using advanced technology of metallization, assembly, and plastic injection, including multicomponent and multi-color injections. It has a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique photometric testing tunnel. As a result of growth, Valeo Lighting Systems is currently opening a new Development Center, which focuses on developing and manufacturing lighting systems for passenger cars.

Currently for Valeo Lighting Systems in Chrzanów we recruit a Site R&D Manager:

1. Management of the new R&D center with a trust credit from Valeo management.
2. Possibility to build and develop a young R&D team in Valeo Chrzanów.
3. Possibility to work on new development projects for OEM customers.
4. Location of R&D close to plant manufacturing and project teams.
5. Contact with advanced technology and processes.
6. Good work atmosphere.
7. Possibility to manage a young R&D team with significant potential and motivation to grow, with excellent site team leaders for R&D disciplines.
8. Strong support from management and mature Development Centers (France and Spain), with autonomous work in their own responsibility areas.
9. New R&D office with an enjoyable environment and a well-equipped laboratory. Huge opportunity to grow and develop as an individual and as an independent R&D team.
10. Challenging and interesting products in terms of design (combination of mechanics, electronics, optics, and style).

Join our team if you have:

1. Strong experience in managing R&D teams in automotive.
2. Good knowledge of automotive customers.
3. More than 10 years of experience in R&D development activities.
4. High capacity to manage and lead a large group of R&D team (up to engineers) with soft skills: interpersonal relations, leadership, recruiting, team building, and teamwork.
